Making a website better by conducting split tests whose results are backed by data is a very rewarding occupation.  I’ve been fortunate to have been in the field for almost 10 years. It’s a win for businesses and consumers get an improved on site experience.

When I look at what we’ve been able to achieve for businesses over the last decade, it makes me realize that we can do the same thing for education by testing lessons, knowledge bases, and help centers with more or less text, adding images, diagrams, videos etc and measuring the end results.

While I still work on traditional conversion rate optimization campaigns for customers I’m most excited by exploring how education – be it for students, people trying get up to speed on new software, or businesses trying to get their customers acclimated and using their new purchase to its full potential.
